I am having the same issue with my Pixel 9 .The response from MYOB is unacceptable. They have had 10 months to fix this. From the email I just received, it seems like they just don't care about the issue. Yet they still advertise it!!!
I am very keen to begin a class action if any others are interested.

Hi MickMDS I know this has been a long time coming, so sorry about that.
We have a solution ready, we are just testing it at the moment before we release it. Hopefully we can push it asap- 15 days ago
I also use this invoicing app . I' am always on the go from job tp job. It is really frustrating that i cannot invoice customers efficiently, which affects my cash flow. I have been with MYOB for 13 years. I am very disappointed

MYOB doesn't care.. I am going to approach Fair Trading soon as they are charging customers for a product which is not working as promised. Inspsite of repeated compalints they are not doing anything to solve this. My advise to new subscriibers, please don't buy MYOB for your buisness.
