MYOB Need to send Tax Invoices to customers

Question

MYOB as I am only the Bookkeeper and not the business owner, it appears that I cannot get the TAX INVOICE form the My.myob location that you put it into. I have wasted an hour trying to login and find the tax invoice. It is very frustrating that you direct debit the funds without providing a tax invoice.

I would think that as this is an Accounting Program that you would understand the importance of providing a TAX INVOICE to your clients.

Please help me find a way to access the tax invoice ASAP.

My client is already very frustrated by MYOB and this is adding to the frustration.

I understand that you were not able to get the Tax Invoice from My.MYOB. Generally, the primary contact can access their MYOB invoices in MY.MYOB account and selecting My Account&gt;&gt;Invoices after logging in. You mentioned that you were not the owner of the business, I would recommend that, if you were not listed as a Primary Contact on this file you may contact your administrator and ask to add you as a primary contact so you can have access to the Tax Invoice. You can send me the details on your account by Private Message so I can investigate this.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Serial Number&nbsp;
 Business Name
 Your first and last name
 Email address associated to this account.&nbsp;
