MYOB Online missing customers in the drop down box of the sales /invoices screen

When I go to search for a customer in the drop down box on the sales/invoices screen some customers are missing.  I tried typing the cutomers name in the box and it still doesn't appear.    Hoping ...

MOCA was useless. How do i find live chat?

Hi Braden,

 

Sorry for replying so late. To connect with our live chat team, you can head over to http://myob.com/contactus and click the purple speech bubble (lower right-hand corner) to open MOCA. From there, type in "get help from a support agent," and this will give you a link to open a live chat.
