MYOB pay

I am receiving confirmation of invoices being paid by MYOB pay. The money hits our account then in bank feeds a day later it is coming up as withdrawn.   Can anyone offer assiatance? I am guessing ...

I'm sorry to hear about your payment being withdrawn in the bank feeds. In my understanding, the payment we are referring to is from Online Invoice Payments. If this is the case, I will send you a private message to provide help with your concerns.
