Thanks for adding a bit more detail with the QR code; that really helps.
At the moment, the QR code only shows on PDFs that use the Standard invoice template. If the invoice is printed or downloaded from a customised template, the QR and Pay now panel will not come through, even if online payments are turned on. To get the QR on the PDF, switch that sale to the Standard invoice template when you print or download, or send it from the browser using the standard layout.
If you are already on a Standard template and it still is not showing the QR code, it is best to reach out to our support team. You can log a ticket from the My Account window or chat with our team through MOCA, our virtual assistant, so they can have a deeper look.

This is now putting a QR code on every invoice and delivery docket. Can we please turn this off??

Thanks for raising this. I understand the QR code isn’t something every business needs in their workflow.
At the moment, there isn’t a separate setting to turn off just the QR code on invoices or delivery dockets. If the print page range is greyed out, there also isn’t currently a way to leave that page out when printing.
So for now, this can’t be changed from within the file settings. If you’d like to see this improved in a future update, you’re welcome to post it on our Ideas Exchange board so the team can gauge interest in the feature.

Putting stuff/requests on the Ideas Exchange doesn't get anywhere and can take years to get traction. This needs to be sorted much sooner than that. Just reverse what was done in the last upgrade - then find a better way, and implement it again. This has been done before - why not for this?
I'm quite surprised that it isn't already in there but like Jenniek says is this really a feature request?
