I’ve had a look on our side, and everything’s running normally with invoices and online payments.
It sounds like it might be something on your customer’s end, so I’d get them to try the steps below.
If they’re opening an invoice link:
- Try a different browser (for example, Chrome, Edge, or Firefox), or
- Try opening it in a private/incognito window.
If they’re opening a PDF attachment:
- Save the file to their computer first, then open it using a PDF viewer like Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If none of those do the trick, it’s best to get in touch with our support team so we can take a closer look. They can connect with our support team by creating a support ticket from My Account or via live chat through our virtual assistant MOCA.
