Payable Reconciliation out of balance

    Hi PChan2019 

     

    Can you please confirm what amount is shown for this transaction on the Payables Reconciliation Detail report?
    Is it the same as what's showing on the summary report and General Ledger report? If yes, can you try deleting and re-entering the transaction as that refreshes the amounts and can correct the out of balance difference? If the out of balance still remains, please check if your balance sheet is out of balance.
