Payroll Error
When I try to enter Hours under payroll category Base Hourly, I get a warning message. Paying this leave will result in a negative leave balance for ...... Current Balance 0 hours Accrued this ...
Still the problem is there.
When I try to enter normal hours, the leave exceed message is coming up.

Thanks for updating us.
Please confirm if you were able to check the window, as shown in the screenshot below.

To check it, go to Payroll > Payroll Categories > Entitlements and then check each category that your employee is linked to. If the category is Annual Leave Accruals, it should be linked to the wage pay item Annual Leave Pay. The same goes with Personal Leave Accrual and Holiday Leave Accrual. They should be linked to Personal Leave Pay and Holiday Leave Pay.
