PDF invoices not attaching anymore

Could someone please help since last Monday when we send off Invoices from the portal the "attach Invoice PDF" is no longer ticked and we have to tick every single time we use   We didn't make any ...

Hi JNRCivil, 

 

Seems like the option to attach an invoice PDF has gone missing out of nowhere! If you're using AccountRight, you can set it up to automatically attach a PDF for every invoice by heading to Preferences > Emailing. This can't be done in the MYOB Business browser.
