Thanks for sharing how the software behaves when printing orders. I checked internally and couldn’t find anything matching the behaviour you described.
At this stage, the best next step is to contact our support team so they can investigate why the print sequence is different.
You can do that by creating a support ticket through My Account or by chatting with MOCA, our virtual assistant.
