Printing Sale Receipts

I print receipts for payments made by customers,  it only displays some payments  ie it doesn't display current months receipts since August. I have unticked "Unprinted Receipts Only" but still does not display all the receipts. These payments are made to Undeposit funds then banked so not sure if there has been some changes in the current versions. Currently running 2021.4.1. Could you please help

    We are aware of an issue where receipts do not display despite all the correct settings. If your file is online, we can run a script to fix this. So we can organise that, send me your product serial number and company file name by Private Message.
