Hi. We are having the same issue also. Unable to print/email invoices in lock period. Please let us know if you create a fix for this.

Hi Counter,
I understand that you're having trouble printing/emailing invoices due to the lock period. Our team is still looking into this issue, and I can't give you a timeline for when it will be fixed. However, I've noted your account as one of the affected ones for our records. In the meantime, you can either disable the lock period or access your file in a browser to print/email.

Hi Princess. Thank you for letting me know. Like Wendy2018, we have multiple users and I do not wish to keep locking and unlocking the account every time we wish to reprint or send email in the locked period, which we do often. Hopefully the error is repaired soon. With Thanks.
