With the solutions re not being able to email invoices in locked period.
When using the web browser or the 'print /email invoices' tab, can you still send invoices via outlook, or do they have to be sent from AccountRight? I cannot seem to get this option to work.
This issue is causing great grief in our business.
Surely your 'experts' can fix this issue in less than weeks!!!???????

We're really sorry for the inconvenience this is causing your business. Our team is actively working on a fix that will be released in the upcoming update. Please bear with us as we work towards a solution.
In the meantime, you can still send invoices by entering the email address in the "reply to email address" tab when using the web browser or the 'print/email invoices' tab. For more details, check out this Help article: Email, SMS, or print sales.
