I am experiencing the same issue.
If I send the email myself it works fine.
If Outlook sends it due to a rule or auto-forward on the email account, the In Tray rejects it.
Hey michaelhhh,
When you’re sending the email manually, make sure to use Forward to rather than Forward as attachment. The attachment option can cause the In Tray to reject the email, particularly when Outlook rules or auto‑forwarding are involved. If switching to Forward to doesn’t do the trick and the emails are still being rejected when sent automatically, the best next step is to reach out to our team so they can take a closer look. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
Cheers,

Hi Doreen_P
I am having issues even using the forward (which I have always used) I have tried removing my email signature and any other graphics and it still seems to be random - some get through, some dont. We have had this issue for a couple of versions now - what changed?? It was fine before. Some clients are reprorting that even our invoices from MYOB are not getting through to the InTray. Drag and drop works but is not a long term solution. The Intray needs to work or 3rd party addon software would need to be used.
