In AccountRight, the PO numbers automatically generated are all numeric and there is no way to add prefix letters to customize it. As after customizing the PO number the next PO number would still generate as numeric and would not use the previously used prefix. I could understand how having this feature would be useful as not everyone uses just numbers for Purchase orders. Rest assured we will raise this to the team as a suggestion.
For the other question you have, the only way we could attach documents to the purchase orders if via Working with In Tray documents.
