Generally, while creating an item we could decide how it's sold and how it's bought. Here is the helpful article Creating items that would give more information about the process. The option we could make sure to check is under the selling detail window.

Thank you for your time. I tried, but it is not calculating correctly. I might be doing something wrong. Please see the attached snapshots for your review. It would be great if you can help me to fix this :)

  Try changing the Item Price Level to Level A on the Customer Card - Selling Details tab.

  As mentioned by gavin12345, we could try to change the price level for the customer card. As price level F is still showing as 100 for more than 5 items.
