Quantity to show zero on Invoice

Hi, We are using the latest version of MYOB 2022.1. Can anyone advise how we can actually have zero quantity show on our Invoices instead of blank when using a recurring Invoice? At present descripti...

    Hi Unfortunately it does not seem to be possible.

    I need Invoices to print out with 0 in the quantity.

When you use your recurring template delete the lines from the created invoice ( not the template ) and then the recurring invoice remains the same

 

IE

Go to lists

select recurring transactions

highlight ( dont click into) the required invoice

Then press the use recurring 

Then edit that invoice

 

The template will remain the same for next use
