Thanks for posting. Indeed, you can create a service invoice for one-off items. Here's a simple way to do it:
- Go to the sales command center and click Enter Sales.
- In the Enter Sales window, select the customer you're invoicing.
- In the layout field, select Service.
- Enter a description of the service you're providing in the Description column.
- Enter the amount for the service in the amount column.
