Im trying to match payments to my bank feeds and continue to get the DataInvalid notification?

    Hi AbbyObst, 

     

    Thanks for that. Can you please send me a private message with the following information as I would need to arrange a file repair for this error:

    • Serial number 
    • Your full name and email address 
    • File ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
    • Screenshot of the datainvalid error message you get

     

    Update: Escalated to file repair team.

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! I'm happy to take a look into this for you, can you please retrieve the diagnostic log of the AccountRight file after this has happened and attach it to this thread as a .TXT file. (If all steps do not populate in the diagnostic instructions please refresh the window and they should appear)

        Hi AbbyObst, 

         

        When signed into the Community Forum and you select to reply to my post, there should be an choose file option in the reply window. I've attached a screenshot below.
