Hi kermie,
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble emailing your invoices, orders and quotes. As the emails aren’t appearing in Sent Emails, it may be an issue with the form or with AccountRight’s emailing service rather than the customer’s email address. As a first test, try sending an invoice to yourself using one of the standard MYOB forms. If that works, the customised form may be corrupted, or its name may contain characters that AccountRight doesn’t support. You can also try renaming the form and testing again.
For the invoices where customers can’t open the online invoice link, check Setup > Preferences > Emailing and select Include a link to online invoice and attach a PDF. Then send a test invoice to yourself to confirm the PDF is attached. If the standard form also fails, particularly for quotes and orders, this may be a current AccountRight emailing issue. As a workaround, turn off online emailing and send the transaction through Outlook instead. If you use Outlook, AccountRight works with Classic Outlook rather than New Outlook. You can find more information here: Set up AccountRight to send emails
If the problem continues, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can further check on this.
Regards,
Sai
