Thanks for the response however the issue is the other way around - less documents show on full screen than when not on full screen

 

And the issue is not restricted to just one computer, the client has 4 users that also had exactly the same issue as I have had off site

    Thank you for your prompt response.

     

    Kindly check the display settings on your computer to make sure that everything is set up correctly. To check it, select Start > Settings > System > Display.

    I am unable to check or change any settings due to IT restrictions on terminal server settings.

     

    However I can confirm that yesterday's problem has not been able to be replicated today - it appears to have fixed itself overnight
