I totally understand how important this is to you. And for clarification you wanted to use your old serial number when accessing your file. And you wanted to transfer one file to your new serial? To furtherly assist you with this, can you please send me more details on your account by sending me a Private Message to be able to investigate on this?
Kindly provide me your:
- Serial Number - old and new
- Business Name
- First and last name
- Email Address

The matter of the transfer to a new subscription has been resolved, except that now there are issues with the bank feeds on the new subscription.

Yes thank you. The issue with Bank Feeds is still not resolved. I did do another post about this not so long ago, and another moderator from MYOB replied and I gave them the information however I have not heard back about it. I also sent an e-mail to MYOB Bank Feeds explaining the situation and attaching new application forms for reinstatement of the relative accounts so waiting to see if anything comes of that.
If you feel you can do something extra then I would be obliged but I think we should do it in private correspondence but will need your private link, which I have not got.
I do hope we can get this resolved as it is a pain putting the transactions in manually.

I am sorry to hear that after your were concerned with your transferring subscription to another owner, it seems that you were having an issue right now with the bank feeds. And I am sorry also, for your experience in contacting our support. if you can provide me with more information on your bank feed issue by sending me a Private Message I can help you to investigate this.
