record journal entry

Hello I have to record a Journal entry. When I have gone into this section, in the top left hand side it says 'display in GST (BAS) reports as  --  Purchase, but it won't allow me to open it. Can yo...

    Hi Wilfords 

     

    Once you select an account to use, MYOB will select either Sale or Purchase. If you select an Income account such as 4-1001, it will assume a Sale type, you can then change if you want it processed as a Purchase type.
