Recurring journal entries in AccountRight won't record and shuts down

Hi,

 

After updating my MYOB file I tried to record some recurring journal entries. The hourgalss showed and then eventually the error email was received and I had to restart MYOB.

Have been trying all day with no luck. I have restarted my computer several times but nothing is helping.

Can anyone help please?

    I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this. Our developers are currently investigating and we do apologise for the inconvenience. In the meantime, entering those journals in the browser will allow you to record them successfully.

      Thank you for the heads up on using the browser.

      Will I be notified Tracey once worked out. I have my diagnostic report attached.

    SD.LLBLGen.Pro.ORMSupportClasses.ORMQueryExecutionException - this is the error message 

    I strated using recurring journal entries but once I finished entering the data, it wouldn't record. I did restart my computer several times.

     

    Please find attached the Diagnostic log attached.

    im having same problem and been on hold for 3 hrs, any resolution yet?

      Our developers are working to resolve this. In the meantime, entering those journals in the browser will allow you to record them successfully.

        I ended up changing the frequency of the journal entries. Thank you so much for replying so quickly to me.
