Is the transaction that you are recording a general journal recurring transaction? If not, do let us know what type of transaction it is and what the frequency of that recurring transaction is.
The reason for this question is that we have identified recurring general journal entries in AccountRight 2021.7 which have the frequency set to never would generate that particular message. This is something that we are working through and attempting to remedy as soon as possible for users. If you are experiencing this error using the browser interface to record that journal or set the frequency of that recurring transaction to be something else would typically allow for that transaction to be recorded until that patch is available.
