Recurring Sale

A customer order was entered into MYOB under the wrong customer name. So we didn't have to redo the whole order we saved the order as a recurring, opened it up and changed the customer name. Now the order won't record. 

 

The customer name, date and cost centre are all showing a red fill/outline, indicating that something might be wrong. We've check so many things and cannot work out why it won't record.

 

We've replicated this with other orders and they work.

 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    I get that you're having trouble with the recurring sale order not saving after changing the customer name. That can be really annoying. I tried it out myself and was able to save the recurring invoice with the new changes, so it's strange that it's not working for you. 

     

    Please clear your AccountRight cache first. Sometimes, clearing the cache can fix weird issues like this. If that doesn't work, you might need to recreate the recurring transactions from scratch.
