Recurring transactions Alert user reverts to administrator

In the schedule recurring transactions, in the alerts section, I change the remind from administrator to another user.
When I go back in to check, it has  reverted to administrator and the user doesnt appear to receive the alerts

IS this a fault ?

    This is something that our team is aware of. From what I’ve been given by the team it appears to be a display error based on their investigation, in that the correct person is notified its just the schedule window is displaying the old user incorrectly.

     

    At this stage I don’t have a timeframe for when the team will find  a resolution to this
