Yes! You can reference a purchase order on an invoice by entering the PO number in the 'Customer PO number' field. This will show up on the invoice but won't automatically link to full PO details.

Sorry, I didn't explain myself properly. When I purchase an item specifically for an invoice/order, is there any way to reference the invoice number to that purchase automatically?
When you create a purchase from an order it references the customer's name, but not the invoice number.
Example below.

Thanks for clarifying! Right now, MYOB links the purchase to the customer's name but not the invoice number automatically. If this is something you'd like to see in future updates, I'd recommend submitting it to the Ideas Board. Our team keeps an eye on customer suggestions there!
