Refund from a Customer using MYOB

Hello, How can I refund a payment from the customer through Myob?   Are there any charges if I just delete the invoice and the created payment? Then, just transfer the money from Nab to  her bank...

i cant find the credit note option, Im in the receive payment now on Account Right
