    I just checked a community post

    • uninstalled myob
    • reinstalled ( right click as administrator) 

    This seems to have fixed the Report Issuse. 

     

    The As administrator process is something I've just picked up today. 

    So I though I'd post for others to see

Hi alisonMackay , as an aside, I recommend using the receivables reconciliation reports, as the date is  a cut-off, and therefore the reports can be backdated, and the report shows whether your receivables total agrees to your balance sheet.
