Retaining a pdf invoice as an attachment in sales

    Hi Eclipse1 

    Thank you so much for your post. In your  AccountRight you'll need to Go to Setup>Preferences>Emailing>>Send EMails using AccountRight>>When Emailing invoices: Include a link to an online invoice and attach a PDF (please note there are two options, select the second one from the drop down).

      Unfortunately this is not the solution I am looking for - as I mentioned, if I attached my own invoice, it still attaches the system invoice which does not look as we need it to.  I am looking for a way to attach the invoice and make it the system invoice - like you can in the creditors (the ability to attach)

        Thanks for the update. Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet.

         

        In this matter, if you are referring to In Tray it's only available for Purchases. As of now, we don't have the feature in AccountRight to 
        attach a document to invoices.

         

        I would suggest posting these functions that you would like to see implemented into the system on our AccountRight Idea Exchange Board.
