It's certainly concerning that all of them are shown as delivered but not read. While occasional occurrences due to security settings are not uncommon, it's unusual for this issue to persist with all your customers. To tackle this issue, it might be helpful to directly contact your customers to check if they've encountered any difficulties receiving your invoices. Additionally, could you please provide a screenshot of a sample delivered invoice to your own email and confirm if you're receiving it?
