Sales Invoices not reaching customers

That’s definitely extra work you shouldn’t have to do, and thanks for covering the basics like getting them to check their Junk/Spam folder. A bit strange since we don’t have any reported incidents right now. To help narrow it down, could you try sending an invoice to your own personal email and see if that arrives or not? Also, please ask your customers to add noreply@apps.myob.com and accountright@apps.myob.com to their safe sender/whitelist so the emails don’t get blocked.
If you’ve done all that and the emails are still not coming through, please contact our team via Live Chat through our virtual assistant MOCA, or lodge a support request through My Account. So they can take a closer look, start investigating in case it’s an issue that needs our experts, and get it sorted.
