SALES ORDER NOT CHANGING TO AN INVOICE

Hi MYOB,

This is the 3rd time I have contacted with this issue and have had no response. It is end of month and we cannot finalise.  We can raise the Sales Order with all the relevant information but when trying to convert to an invoice it will not do.  Even if you try to put the information straiting into an invoice we are still having the same problem.

I have attached the Sales order with the informationfor you to have a look so you can see what I am talking about.

You have in the past and on an all too frequent ocassion run an Inventory Script as this is not a lone issue, it is happening more frequently. OUr Company File ID is 1.

We need fixed URGENTLY so we can close off January.
