Same account showing Debit & Credit from same transaction.
Hi Team(AccountRight),
Of recently I have been experencing this unusal scenerio.In Reconciliation Window, it shows 1) Sale, 2) Debit & 3) Credit for the same account from the same transaction.
Please help.

Hi Stonegalleria , it looks like the linked account for debtors is/was incorrectly set as the bank account. Please check under set-up, linked accounts, sales accounts. The asset account for tracking receivables should not be set to the bank account, but to trade debtors or similar.
After fixing the linked accounts, to correct that invoice and payment you may need to delete both the payment and then the invoice, and re-create them.
