I am trying to increase our tiems by 12% but it is not adjusting the update . I am going throughy Set Item prices
then shortcuts and adjusting the Percent Markup. I then do Update Selected Items. NOTHING it does not change.
Could I have some help please

Thank you so much for your post. What I'd recommend is to Update the selling price of a stock item (Inventory > Items List > open the item > Selling Details tab > Base Selling Price). But if you have lots of stock items this might take a while. Instead, you can export your item list, update the selling prices in Excel, then import the updated information back into AccountRight.
