Setting Customer Reminders in Accountright

Normally I am able to set Invoice Reminders for each Customer from the selling details tab on the individual customer card in Accountright. Today I have tried to do the same although when I click on ...

   * Serial Number
   * Company Name
   * Email Address and Full name.
