START UP PROBLEM
The latest problem to add to the list of unsolvable/unsupported problems. Why do I need to sign in multiple times with no response after entering my email address?
Are you ever going to correct any of the bugs in this software and help your clients?

This issue has already been raised with the relevant team. If you've taken a backup and can see where it was saved, please ignore the message. You can click the "Don't show again" button. Please refer to the screenshot below.

If the issue has already been raised, (quite some time ago), why hasn't a simple fix been forthcoming? This is an example of even a simple solution being ignored by MYOB.
By the way - when you do click don't show again, the backup doesn't work.

We are still waiting for an update from the relevant team, as they haven't given us a timeframe. Rest assured, once there is an update, we will keep you posted.
Did you receive any error messages after you clicked "Don't show again"? You may also log out and then log back into your account to see if the message still appears.

As I've already told you - so here goes AGAIN.....
If you tick the box "don't show again" then there's NO BACKUP offered when you close the program.
