Statement Emails - Improvement Required
There needs to be some improvement made to the activity history for statements emailed from MYOB. I am trying to confirm that a statement was sent to a customer for the past three months, as they are complaining that it hasn't been received. Even when I enter a narrow date period in the sent emails window to try and make it easier, MYOB just freezes up. I am on my third attempt now and it has frozen up again.
I cannot see any way in the browser version of Accountright to check on sent emails. This is fairly important functionality!
