Supplier not appearing on Remittacne advice
Hi,
I am trying to print a remittance advice but a few suppliers are not appearing. This problem happens when I am using spend money rather than through purchases.
I have attached a screenshot. Can anyone help?

Thanks for checking in! If some suppliers aren't popping up when you print remittance advices, there are two main reasons for this issue:
- Method of Recording Transactions: Remittance advices typically pull data from purchases and payments rather than spend money transactions. If you've recorded a payment using the spend money function instead of pay bills, it may not appear on the remittance advice. You might also see a reminder pop-up telling you to use pay bills for recorded purchases.
- Supplier's Remittance Advice Delivery Status: Ensure the supplier's delivery status is set correctly. This status must be set to "to be printed or to be emailed" for the remittance advice to include the supplier.
By addressing these two factors, the suppliers should appear correctly on the remittance advice.
