You can set credit terms for your suppliers when you record a bill or make a payment. Please check our Help article, Supplier Discounts, for further information on handling discounts.
In your example, the total amount due is $10,000, and there's a settlement discount offered for early payment. Subtract this from the total amount due. The settlement discount is $100.00, so the new total becomes $9,900.00. You'll need to add a new line item for the credit card fee of $50.00 to the new total, so the final payment becomes $9,950.00. As for using bank feeds for this process, it's a viable option. Bank feeds can help you keep track of your payments and balances in real time, making it easier to manage your accounts. This will allow you to match bank transactions to the recorded MYOB transactions.
