Surcharging Pop Ups

How long will the pop ups for "1 October surcharging changes" persist in AR Desktop? I've seen this persistent pop up about 10 times this morning and I've only been in the office for an hour. I ...

Hi BJ3 and all. Confirming that the banner (and the pop up) related to surcharging changes on Oct 1st have been removed based on the feedback here in the forum.
Thank you all for bringing this to our attention.
We will get this fixed up and put back in place, most likely next week.
