Leave adjustment pop up under Base hourly

Hi Team,

 

We pay staff on an hourly base. Sick pay and annual leave is imported from our roster system. When we process pays and if they dont have enough leave we need to reduce the actual leave hours. The reduced hours pop up under Base Hourly.

 

Is there a way we can set up not to do this? We would like to adjust the leave without any hours going under Base Hourly category.

    Thanks for your post.

     

    If the original hours are coming up after reducing it, you may need to check if the 'Automatically Adjust Base Hourly or Base Salary Details' is ticked as this may the issue you are experiencing. To check it, go to Payroll > Payroll Categories > Wages and then select the leave. Make sure to untick the 'Automatically Adjust Base Hourly or Base Salary Details'. Please refer to the screenshot below.
