To Do List - Pay Bills in Web Browser version of Account Right

Was there a response to this question. 4 years ago it was said the functionaility would be added to the online version but I can not seem to find out how to complete a To Do List in the browser version. It is frustrating having to use both the desktop and online version on a regular basis.
