Thank you for your post and feedback, we appreciate it. Currently. you're unable to deactivate one specific payment method with online payments. I already forward this request to the relevant team and they will be posting an update once this feature will be available.
And In terms of selecting the payment method, I would recommend showing your support for Online Payments: Ability to select which payment methods are on offered.
