unable to load documents into In Tray

I am unable to load documents into the In Tray.  Also the documents that were loaded are not visible.

      My in tray is not loading.  The invoice is there but when I try to create a new bill it does nothing

  • For the last 4 hours I also have not been able to open attachments.
