Yes, I do still need assistance please. I have been able to login but am constantly getting alerts of timed out, or the one I have screen shot and attached as a file, Connection error among others.
Our IT person has been invetigating and cannot find a cause.

Thank you for your response and for the screenshot. Are you receiving this error when you click a specific option on your AccountRight? or it constantly pops up whatever you open on your AccountRight?

It just pops up randomly along with other messages like "timed out"

Thank you for your response and for letting me know. Generally, the error you've received means that AccountRight is having trouble connecting to your company file. This can be caused by internet issues or scanning software on your PC causing interference. Error: Connection error, has detailed information and instructions to assist you with this. If you continue to receive the error, please let me know and I will investigate further.
