We are also experiencing this issue since last week's update - we are unable to print OR email copies of invoices from within the locked period. The software thinks we've made changes to the invoice which cannot be saved due to the record being locked, however no changes to the invoice has been made.
This issue is very inconvenient....we frequently re-send invoices for customers who request them, or to chase up payment. Unlocking and re-locking the records every time an invoice needs to be re-sent or re-printed is not feasible.
Really hoping that MYOB prioritizes a fix for this problem!
The only work around we have for the moment is to open the invoice and select "View Online Invoice" and download the PDF from there as it doesn't give you the same error message.
However, this will only work if you have chosen to "Send Emails Using AccountRight" in your preferences.
