Please fix this ASAP MYOB! The system insists on saving changes before emailing any invoices, even if no changes have been made. It is EOFY. Most companies have locked June 24, however still need to chase unpaid invoices, amend invoices etc. We cannot keep locking and unlocking periods. We understand that we can View online invoice, save as PDF and manually email as required - this is the polar opposite of the convenience that MYOB is meant to provide. "Workarounds" are not fixes.

Hi Amanda,
An inappropriate work around is not a fix. The company pays for the system to be fully functional and has an expectation that the product they are paying for works the way it should. I tried the chat and phone support five times when this first happened and they were useless. Did not take it seriously and would not escalate my complaint. Communication needs massive improvements.
