Hi Amanda,
An inappropriate work around is not a fix. The company pays for the system to be fully functional and has an expectation that the product they are paying for works the way it should. I tried the chat and phone support five times when this first happened and they were useless. Did not take it seriously and would not escalate my complaint. Communication needs massive improvements.
